Our Pads

You won't be able to! We've partnered with artists all over the globe to offer their unique designs exclusively on our signature mousepads.

All our pads use a micro-woven cloth and a rubber base.

They're machine washable - just put it on a quick wash setting at a lower heat and leave to air dry over night.

This is not something we can offer for one off orders. A minimum order quantity of 100 pads would be needed. Get in touch via our contact form here if you require more information

Order Info

Yes! Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after placing your order. You will receive an email once it's dispatched with a tracking number; you can click the number to be directed to a tracking page which will contain updates on where your order is on it's journey to you. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk inbox before contacting us for an update via the 'Contact Us' page.

Of course! As long as you get in touch with us within 2 hours of placing your order, we can accept a new design. Get in touch via our 'Contact Us' page

No problem! Just send us an email quoting your order number to artwork@idgaming.co.uk with your design attached. If you're attachment is a little on the larger size, we recommend using Google Drive or a file transfer service e.g. WeTransfer to send it to our email address.

This will be caused by a billing address mismatch.

When your transaction gets declined due to an address mismatch, your bank
pre-authorises the charge. This creates a temporary hold of the amount. When the bank verifies that we declined the transaction, the hold on
the amount will be released, which can take up to 3-5 business days to
process, but typically only takes 24 hours. You will NOT be charged for these
declined attempts. Also, a pending charge does not secure your product.

If you have not received a receipt for your order, and did not receive an order
successful screen, you will need to process your order again.

Once we start production on an order, we cannot cancel it and the sale is final. If you want to cancel an order, please let us know within 2 hours of placing your order. If we have not started on production we can fulfil your request.

Our pads are made out of cloth and rubber. During production, they are placed under high temperature and pressure causing them to expand and contract. Because of this the final size may vary by a small amount (5%).

Custom pads

Our desktop uploader includes a DPI checking feature, which will indicate how good your image will be for print, with 150 DPI being the best.

We cannot print any trademarked or copyrighted work without permission. By uploading a design, you agree to having rights to use the image. We will not print any content that defames or vilifies any person, people, race, religion or religious group and/or is obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

All over the world! We have most countries listed automatically at checkout, but if yours doesn't appear then let us know and we'd be happy to look into it for you.

If you're ordering from the EU or USA there are no customs fee's. For any countries outside of these, you will be liable to pay customs fee's. Please refer to your local government website for more information.

Mousepads are usually produced and dispatched the next working day after placing your order.

Shipping times vary by location. UK orders can take 2-4 working days. Express Shipping is a next day service.

EU orders can take up to 8 working days.

USA and ROW orders can take up to 10 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

If your product is faulty, please get in touch via our contact us page. Due to the made to order nature of the product, all refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis. If the returns reason is due to a customer error then the return cannot be accepted
